    This stuff is ridiculous, for real. If you play endurance sports like me (basketball) or workout hard, this is a must-have herb; the term mushroom Ginseng is no exaggeration. This mushroom builds your stamina and endurance up quickly (at least for me, it did). Also, if you are like me and have asthma, this is a must-have seriously.
