Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed incorrectly. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

7. Order Modification Policy

Order Adjustments: Once an order is finalized and submitted, we are unable to make changes (including additions or subtractions) or cancel it due to the speed of our processing. This policy also applies to requests for correction related to damaged, defective, or incorrectly labeled items received; for such issues, our remedy is typically limited to replacement of the same product, subject to the terms in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Accuracy at Checkout: Please ensure the correct entry of discount codes and your full, accurate shipping address when placing your order. We cannot modify these details or apply codes retroactively after the order is submitted.

Special Requests: We cannot accommodate requests for adjustments such as applying forgotten coupon codes, changing shipping methods after selection, splitting shipments, or altering the delivery address once an order has been placed.

8. Shipping and Returns

All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy, which details processing times, shipping methods, international order information, and return procedures. Our return policy allows for returns of unopened, sealed products within three (3) days of receipt for a refund, and potentially store credit thereafter under specific conditions.
