Forms: Two ounces of powder or 60 vegetable capsules (550-600 mg).
How to use:
Powder: Take 1-2 teaspoons of dried powder in an 8 oz. glass of your favorite juice or smoothie once a day. You may apply Safflower powder topically as a paste or infuse it in oil to make salves and balms.
