Sleep

During sleep. Your physical body is healing (detoxing) and your spiritual body is traveling – visiting different galaxies and or worlds. Most do not dream, and that is “not” a good thing, we all should be dreaming, detaching ourselves from this 3D (low density) plane we call earth. Due to the lack of sleep, we are unable to obtain optimal health because our systems have never shut down entirely to rejuvenate and provide the proper energy for the upcoming day.
