Tongkat Ali Enhances Body Composition
Black Tongkat Ali is claimed to enhance athletic performance, as well as boost muscle mass. Thanks to the many compounds it contains, eurycolactone, eurycomaoside, and eurycomanone—these quassinoids help the body use energy more effectively, improve endurance, and reduce fatigue.
